- Q:How do I transfer the downloaded files into my multimedia device?
- A:It is very simple to transfer the files into your multimedia device please follow the steps below:
- 1. Connect the multimedia device with your computer.
- 2. Open or create a playlist with Windows Multimedia device 9.0 or above. Make sure the content file is imported in the playlist; you can also directly open the downloaded file.
- 3. Click on "Copy to CD or facility" on the right of the multimedia device shown on your computer screen.
- 4. Select the content file you want to import into your playlist.
- 5. Select the multimedia device that is currently connected to the computer from the facility list.
- 6. Click on "Copy" button on the top right corner of the player shown on the computer screen.
- 7. Wait until "Complete" shows up, now you have finished the process.
